Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Products that show signs of use, damage caused by customers, or incomplete packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons. Customized, clearance, or final sale items are also non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Voyage Products within 48 hours of delivery. Customers should provide order details and clear photos of the issue to help us process the request quickly.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order information and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging returned items to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Since Voyage Products only offers Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued through bank transfer, digital payment service, or another mutually agreed refund method.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received from Voyage Products.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
